We aim to be very flexible as to when we have contact with our clients. General emails and messages are responded to between 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday.

I’m passionate about helping people make realistic, sustainable changes to improve their fitness, strength, and mobility. Having been a committed gym-goer throughout my life and reaching my fifties, I noticed a lack of fitness support for those diagnosed with cancer and for people over 40 who were new to the gym. After retiring from a career in the Police, I decided to get qualified and start my own business to address this need and make a positive impact.
